1.3 Payment information

We do not use your business data (turnover, RM mix, parts data etc.) for any purpose other than delivering the tool output to you. We do not sell, share, or publish individual business data entered into our tools.

3. HOW WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION

3.1 Data entered into our complimentary diagnostic tools is processed entirely in your browser. We do not store your business inputs on our servers.

3.2 Contact details you provide (name, email, company) when requesting a report or unlocking tool access are stored securely in a Google Workspace environment (Google Sheets / Google Drive) accessible only to authorised Zentrava team members.

3.3 We retain your contact information for as long as necessary to deliver the service you requested and for reasonable follow-up, typically no longer than 3 years unless you request deletion earlier.

4. SHARING YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We may share your information with:

  • Razorpay — for payment processing. Razorpay is PCI-DSS compliant and RBI-authorised.
  • Google Workspace — for secure storage of contact details and internal communications.
  • Professional advisors — if required for legal, tax, or compliance purposes, under confidentiality obligations.
  • Law enforcement or regulatory authorities — if required by applicable Indian law.

We do not share your business data or enquiry details with any other third party without your explicit consent.

5. COOKIES

Our website may use essential cookies to ensure the site functions correctly (e.g. remembering your tool unlock status in your browser's local storage).
